Citizen Intelligence Agency Develops A Scoring System For Facial And Ear Biometrics

The CIA has developed a scoring system in fairly evaluating persons of interest (POI) as suspects in HOAXES played by various actors as victims, perpetrators or leadership roles in the government. This system was originally developed by the FBI as an Identification tool along with a POI's Fingerprints, which were manually scored, but the ears were never scored, due to its simplistic identification. However the Citizen Intelligence Agency felt compelled to use a scoring system that creates a fairness to identifying those POI's involved in False Flag Operations orchestrated by the Department Of Homeland Security, FBI and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

The System Is Called Face Ear Biomatrix Scoring (FEBS), it is a scoring system hand manipulated for accuracy. The CIA is also testing various Facial Recognition Software that will assist us in finding more actors involved in destroying our government and our way of life in living under the U.S. Constitution's inalienable due process rights (Bill of Rights) as a free republic.

The Investigative Procedure Is Simple But Fair:
